Document version: 2026-08-05 Application: Hockeylog Operator: Josef Konárek, company ID (IČO) 14016958, Rajhradská 3058/42, Horní Počernice, 193 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic, registered in the Czech Trade Register. Published under the FrozenLabs brand.
Hockeylog is an app for keeping your own record of hockey games, practices, statistics and costs. It is a personal record: it is not an official record of any competition and does not replace what a club or federation keeps.
Using the app requires an account. In creating one you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are creating it as a player's legal guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has it, change it.
One account is meant for one person or one family. You can track several players within it.
What you enter is yours and stays yours. You enter it on your own responsibility and undertake that you are entitled to — particularly where it concerns another person, such as your child.
Do not enter other people's details without the right to do so, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
You enter data on your device and the app syncs it to the server as you go, so it survives a change of phone and is available from more than one device. What is stored and where is described in the Privacy Policy.
Syncing is not a backup service and the operator does not guarantee that data can always be recovered from it. Outages, faults and sync errors cannot be ruled out. Keep a record outside the app of anything you particularly care about.
Deleting your account irreversibly erases the data held on the server — see clause 8.
The app can be used free of charge. The free tier is limited by how many things you can keep in it, not by how much you write down:
| Free | With a subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Players | 1 | unlimited |
| Clubs | 1 | unlimited |
| Seasons | 1 | unlimited |
| Games, practices, expenses | unlimited | unlimited |
| Data export | no | yes |
The scope of the free tier may change over time; any such change never affects a period already paid for.
| Period | Price |
|---|---|
| Monthly | CZK 79 |
| Yearly | CZK 590 |
Prices are final and include VAT. Subscriptions are sold exclusively through the App Store and Google Play, which act as the seller towards you and issue the proof of payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The charge is taken from your account with the relevant store, typically within the last 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel at any time in your account settings in the App Store or on Google Play — not in the app; the operator has no access to your subscription. After cancelling, the subscription runs to the end of the paid period and the account then returns to the free tier.
You lose nothing you entered. If your account holds more players, clubs or seasons than the free tier allows, all of them stay and remain visible — nothing is deleted. While you are above the free allowance, however, no new records can be written. Writing resumes as soon as you subscribe again, or as soon as you bring the number of players, clubs and seasons back within the free tier yourself.
Prices may change. A change never affects a period already paid for, and the store will notify you before renewal.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital content this right ceases once delivery of the content begins — that is, when the paid features are unlocked — provided you expressly consented to this beforehand and were informed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent by confirming the purchase in the store.
Independently of this, both the App Store and Google Play have their own refund policies, which tend to be more generous than the statutory minimum. Since the store is the seller, ask them for a refund:
The app is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee that it will be continuously available, free of defects or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for damage arising from its use, including loss of what you entered.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective performance under Czech law, particularly for a paid subscription.
The service may be suspended or discontinued. You will be given reasonable notice so that you can export your records; any prepaid, unused subscription is handled under the rules of the relevant store.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. Deletion is irreversible and erases your data both on the server and on the device.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. That is held with the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there, otherwise it will keep renewing.
The operator may close an account that is being abused or used in breach of these terms.
These terms may change. On any material change we raise the document version and ask for consent again; until then the version you agreed to applies.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside.
Consumer disputes may be resolved out of court by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.cz.
